We wish to extend to you, our invitation to attend an Exhibition of University & College Student Textbooks, due to be held in the SENIOR COMMON ROOM on FRIDAY 27TH AUGUST, from 11.00am to 3.00pm.
The books to be displayed are significantly discounted in price, as compared to the normal prices charged for the same publications. The objective is to encourage students who wish to purchase their own individual copies of recommended course textbooks.
We would like to take the opportunity of this Exhibition to present these course textbooks and obtain your views as to their suitability for adoption as student texts.
A number of these publications are also available with free lecturers’ resources, which may be downloaded from the publishers’ websites. Further details of these additional free of charge resources, is available upon request.
Additionally, we are able to offer one free of charge copy of each adopted textbook as a Departmental / Faculty resource, once 20 copies of a textbook have been sold to students.
Along with this invitation, we have attached to our email, a copy of our 2010 UNIVERSITY & COLLEGE STUDENT BOOKLIST. This schedule contains details of the titles we will be exhibiting.
