NBS Bank @ Campus

About NBS Bank

NBS Bank, previously known as New Building Society, was formed in the year 1964. The bank has since then been a part of many lives in Malawi. They assist customers with loans and take pride in helping their customers with the biggest investment of their lives including building of houses, and payment plans for school fees. NBS Bank also believes their organizational culture is to help people achieve their dreams.

Bank@Campus

It is in this spirit that NBS Bank saw it fit to open a branch right at the center of Chancellor College campus. NBS@Campus, as the branch is called, is located next to the Porter’s Lodge, which acts as the main reception area for the college. It is designed to house an auto-teller machine and a counter for a teller available to students, staff and members of the general public who wish to conduct inter-personal banking business.

Operations

The bank operates under ordinary banking hours in terms of service and loading of auto-teller machines that are in line with the main branches. Students may open new accounts without leaving campus and conduct their fiscal business right at home. This makes NBS@campus convenient.

NBS Bank operates through a network of 13 branches and 21 agencies throughout the country.  It is in the spirit of being available to as many Malawians as possible that “your caring bank” is conveniently located at Chancellor College.
