Profile

Benson Munyenyembe is a Management Lecturer at the University of Malawi's Department of Management and Leadership Studies (MLS). He joined the University in 2021. Benson is a holder of a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Human Resource and Strategy Management) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (Management), both from National Dong Hwa University, Taiwan. Benson also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration, from the University of Malawi. Throughout his professional and academic life, Benson has won several merit-based research awards such as the MOFA Taiwan Fellowship (2023), the University of Malawi UNIMAREF Research Grant (2022), and the Taiwan Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) Research Grant (2021). As a researcher, Benson has authored multiple peer-reviewed journal articles as well as presented research papers at renowned international conferences.
