Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor/Professor In Social Work
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a Bachelor of Education degree with Credit or Bachelor of Social Science degree with Credit (majoring in Sociology or Psychology) or Bachelor of Social Work Degree with Credit and a Master’s degree and/or a Doctorate degree in Social Work from a recognized University. Those with teaching experience at a University or comparable institution will have an added advantage.
Duties
Successful candidates for this position will be undertaking the following duties:

Teaching, setting and timely marking of examinations for undergraduate Social Work courses.

Conducting research in the area of specialization.

Supervising undergraduate and postgraduate student’s projects within the Department.

Participating in all academic and professional activities of the Department.

Participating in community outreach activities.
